What is Botox?

Botox injections are a proven way to help keep your skin looking smooth and youthful. Botox offers a soft, natural look by smoothing out wrinkles. Botox treatments are ideal for younger patients, both male and female, whose skin is just starting to age, as well as older patients who notice fine lines and want to prevent potential wrinkles before they start.

Areas that can be addressed: Frown lines on the forehead, crows feet near corners of eyes, masseters (jaw slimming botox).

What are injectable fillers?

As we age, our skin loses its youthful fullness. Injectable fillers are a natural way to help restore lost fullness to the face, lips, and hands. With the correct placement of fillers, our Medical Director can address your goals in plumping and lifting your cheeks, chins, jawlines, and temples; filling out thin lips, and plumping sagging hands.

Results will usually last 6 months – 2 years depending on the product used. However, some research shows that repeated injections may help stimulate the body’s own natural production of collagen. That will help reduce the number of lines and wrinkles. There is also some evidence that less filler is needed overtime to achieve the same look.

Types of Fillers offered: Restylane, Juvederm Ultra, Juvederm Ultra Plus, Juvederm Voluma

Areas that can be addressed: Lips, nose, under-eye area (malar pad), nose bridge (non-surgical nose job)

For the best possible procedure & results we recommend the following:

• NO alcohol, aspirin or retinoids (at least several days to 1 week prior)
• NO swimming, vigorous exercise, sauna or hot tub for at least 1 week
• The effects of Botox and facial fillers may take up to two weeks to fully settle. To maintain ideal results, touch-up treatments can be received on a periodic basis
